"Toppenläge precis vid stranden vilket gav hotellet ett lyft. Fint arrangerad trädgård men i övrigt inget höjdar hotell. Dåligt om inte totalt tomt på köksgeråd, stenhårda sängar/kuddar, halv dant städat och folk rökte precis överallt så det blåste aska in på balkongen och över bord och stolar. Inför rökförbud, det är ändå 2024. Stranden var smutsig av tång och gamla fimpar och ockerpriser för en solstol. "

"We had a great time in Thessaloniki while staying at Kenteo Luxury Suites. It is located about an hour and a half away from the Thessaloniki airport and the staff was great at helping us set up transportation to and from. The suite was clean and in a convenient area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but the best part was the beach which is reachable by foot being only a 5 minute walk. "

I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! "The hotel is very well situated and has a lovely view and balcony to enjoy any breakfast/ lunch / diner. The room is lovely and big enough. The air conditioning was very good. The shower pressure is very good and they have a fridge. On the down side the wifi was very bad, the curtain in the shower was useless and thus we were ending up cleaning the floor few times a day. The base of the bed is a bit noisy but the rest was good. "

"Nice place, very new. Friendly communication with staff. We stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned in that period neither was garbage removed. Room size is good. Close to beach 3-5 minutes. 15 min walk to ‘downtown’ Terrace in front of apartment would have been nice with a shade of some sort. Way too hot to use in the morning and daytime. Street in front need a good restoration. "
