Like: Very close to Ling Yin temple and the west lake Dislike: Wifi not working, no TV, bathroom ceiling very low. Cannot shower while standing up (note, we were staying at the highest floor)

The hotel stuff mainly Mr Liu is a very kind and sincere person. We shared alot of life stories and experience during chill time. Beautiful hotel with attractive decorations
Many lady staffs can speak English and kindly gave us supports to check-in without actual passports, with certification instead. Very good sense furnitures and goods decorated in the room and publis spaces. Tasty local breakfast which are healthy and gentle to body in lovely dining. Highly appreciated for Longzing Tea, aroma candle services in room. Amenities are made by Tea, very attractive. Very reasonable. 英語を話せる女性スタッフが数名いらっしゃいます。パスポート無しで変わりの（政府への）提出＆預かり証明書でも宿泊可能で、対応に努力してくださいます。 健康的で身体に優しい地方料理の朝食を美しい食事処で戴けます。室内の龍井茶（ロンジンティー）とアロマキャンドルサービスに感激しました。アメニティもお茶成分からできた香りの良いものです。とてもリーズナブルです。

距离灵隐寺景区很近，周边有很多不错的餐厅。酒店环境很好，我们住了很古典的套房，装修很细腻，品了酒店专门预备的西湖龙井茶，酒店服务人员态度热情，服务周到。
