The amazing girls at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—always smiling, super helpful, and ready with great tips for exploring the island. Whether it was helping us book tours, recommending local spots, or just chatting with us about the island’s culture, they were a total joy to interact with every day. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sebastián, the owner, who was just as friendly and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone has an unforgettable experience. Another bonus? Their laundry service was top-notch! Quick, efficient, and our clothes came back fresh and neatly folded—such a lifesaver after a few adventurous days on the island. If you’re heading to Easter Island, Hara Nui Hotel is the place to stay. Amazing people, great service, and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it hard to leave. Five stars all the way!"

"I loved sitting in the covered porch watching the day go from dark to daylight. I loved listening to the chickens all day long. I loved being greeted every morning by the staff. I loved having good drinking water always available. I enjoyed watching the staff care for the property. It looked like such a labor of love. The food was always amazing. I would strongly recommend this hotel."

"Taha Tai is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and downtown area. Continental breakfast at the hotel restaurants is right by the ocean with a great view of the blue waters of the pacific. The additional benefit of staying at Taha Tai is that they can arrange tours for you and you are picked up at the hotel. "

"My experience of the hotel Ohana was excellent. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel was absolutely spotless and welcoming, but the best part and selling point of this place, are the staff! The staff are all amazing especially Joan the manager! And I’m sorry I don’t have her name, but the head chef was absolutely top of her game!!! Everything she prepared was amazing and top quality, but lunch was amazing as evidenced by the photos attached! Thank you all! Definitely hope to return during January/February festival time!!!"

"Odette is the hostess/manager every hotel should have! She made us feel at home and was tireless on making sure we were having a great time and going way beyond her duties - she was lovely, caring and an impressive professional running the sweetest and most charming hotel in Easter Island. Her knowledge of the island and well connectedness got us the best deals for tours and rentals. The place itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean - the room service lady made sure our room was always clean and the beds were so well made that it felt like fresh sheets everyday. It felt and smelled clean throughout the entire place - I could actually see my reflection on the floor! Breakfast was always delicious and with high-quality products on offer. Yummy every single time! The only drawback I can think of is the location as it’s a little bit far from town but I saw it as a positive as the only thing we heard were crickets at night and birds in the morning! I understand this reads too positive but in true honesty, 5 stars ( and I’m very picky)!"

"It's the best place to stay if you appreciate the silence and you're looking for a quiet place because is far from the town and very close to Puna Pau and that makes that at night you can see the stars so clearly. The staff is so kind and makes your stance there so enjoyful. The taste of the breakfast is fresh, natural and so delicious and also the proportion is enough. The room is so big for one person and perfect, in my perception, for two persons. A great experience for sure, if I come back to the island I'll stay there for sure! "
