"We scheduled this rental to come for a funeral. The ac unit was found to be not working 5 hours prior to our arrival and 10 hours into our drive to Hanford the property manager let us know . It was near 100 degrees in the house when we arrived even though they had placed portable units in the house. The portable units had been placed with a 3 ounce cup to catch the humidity run off out of the machine and there was 30 ish gallons of water around every machine--in essence a flood in the house.
