"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "

"This hotel was mainly location location location. 5 minute walk to the city legendary spot. Room was clean but very small. Stayed one night, wouldnt reccomend more than 2."

"Overall good. But carrying baggages to the third floor by staircase was a bit tough work since there was no lift in the hotel. "

"An amazing room and extremely clean. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negatives were a terrible lack of parking in the area and getting to the amazing room was a bit of a labyrinth. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay there on our next trip. "

"Wonderful location, great room, and excellent, friendly staff. Restaurant Eckert attached also very good. Would stay here again anytime. Best place I've stayed in Germany in my 30 years of travel there. sad when I had to leave."

"Very clean. We were visiting friends and sightseeing in Bamberg and Lisberg. Location was perfect. Check-in and check-out was very simple. We will reserve this property again if we are in the area."
