"checkout option after 11 am would be great . free coffee, water, tea was appreciated. laundry was appreciated but only one dryer so wait time was longer than expected. overall average property for price with good but not great customer service. employees all very nice. "

"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"

"I didn't like anything. The room i was offered was very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the worst part was that I opened the microwave and there was a bucket full of moulded chicken so i quickly called receptionist, he came up and said he was sorry and quickly took the moulded chicken out from the microwave.
