"We came for the Iola car show. This home was perfect for our stay. The host should take new pictures because it’s much nicer than we thought. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The hair supplied a variety of food for breakfast and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our room was small but had enough space for us and our clothing. The 2 other couples we met that shared the house were kind and cordial. And there are 2 bathrooms in between the bedrooms. We didn’t hear anyone...

"We stayed for a girls weekend! The property was very clean and welcoming! The host was very kind and responsive. The views are stunning - it really is gorgeous! Only two recommendations - the bunk beds and twin beds were very uncomfortable- the upstairs beds were awesome! There are neighbors - very close - so if you want secluded this isn’t for you. The neighbors never bothered us but Saturday one was power washing all day and being incredibly loud so it wasn’t as peaceful as we would have liked...

"We enjoyed our stay here. Cabin is very clean and spacious. Parking for 2 cars or one boat/trailer/truck. I messaged the owner a head of time regarding parking. We were unable to park the extra vehicle but the owner let us park on the grass as parking in the road is not allowed. As mentioned, the neighbors do not seem happy that this is a rental next to them. We were very respectful. Also note, the piers are taken out the first week of Oct. The boat launch is very close and very nice."

"Our stay at John & Claudia’s guesthouse made our celebration of our daughter’s wedding extra special! With it being only 5 minutes from the venue and close to town made it very easy and stress free to relax and just enjoy the whole experience.
