"Hotel was perfect for a short stay for one in Hanau. Walkably close to the train station and city center. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room did not have A/C and the days were 90 degrees. I could have managed without A/C, as I am normally not an A/C person, but the windows did not have screens so I couldn’t leave them open overnight. IMHO if you dont have A/C, af least have screens."

"Decent hotel rooms. However the check-in is in another hotel and there is no reception or anything and no staff there during day. Very basic just a room. But great if that's all you need. More like a gasthaus."

"This is a discount hotel, and for those purposes it is very good. if you sleep with the window open, the traffic noise is quite loud, but being from the city, it did not bother me much. Notes for American tourists. You must contact the hotel in order to check in, and when they say 3 PM check-in, it means 3 PM. "This hotel is in a quiet safe neighborhood. So if you’re looking for easy access to restaurants or other amenities, this isn’t the place for you. We like quiet and we traveled with a car so it worked for us. The property is clean and quaint with a cute garden out back and our room had enough beds for 3 adults, which was perfect for our family. "This is a basic hotel that is clean and provides wifi and good bathroom facilities. It is located in the Hanau downtown area and provides good access to that area. It did not offer breakfast nor any means to make coffee in the room. That meant an early morning trip to the streets each day to find a wake-up cup of coffee.
