"the perfect weekend getaway! if you are looking for somewhere relaxing to stay nearby beaches & shops in the hamptons this is the place to stay! the property itself was beautiful with many great features to enjoy inside and outside. was very secluded and private as well which we enjoyed. the apartment was clean, and the check-in & out process was seamless. definitely reccomend! "This home is quintessentially charming! I arrived late at night, alone. It has a charming curved drive in and there sat the wood home with a large front porch and Forrest behind it. It seemed like little house on a prairie with the porch and dormer windows. The motion lights went on immediately, which I was grateful for. There is a narrow stairwell up to 3 bedrooms, as is customary in older style homes. High ceilings and windows everywhere enhance this property. When I woke there was a family of...

"Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!"

"The property was beautiful, and had everything I needed in the room. It was also very clean and easy to control the heat. I loved the location, and I really liked the sheets and room layout. I would suggest providing publications of near by restaurants/bars and activities; Also the staff was very helpful, but its hard to get someone to answer the phone during the day - I had to call more than 6x before someone finally picked up, and its a little concerning that there is no staff after 6pm on the property, incase of emergencies or even simple questions as an out-of-towner."
