"The property was clean but not accurate as described online. It was listed as the whole property which is 3/2 but on reservation listed as 1/1. So when arriving, it was a concern whether someone else was in the property. I guess they only wanted the master bedroom and bath used and closed the rest of the doors to bedrooms and baths so we did not enter or use those. The location in general suited where we needed to be close to but in order to get to the property there was a very flimsy bridge...

"Nice downtown environment in Gainesville. Several restaurants and the Hippodrome in the vicinity. Self parking a block away in garage and hotel valet parking available, both $30/day, but not always sufficient space for initial unloading and departures. Hot and cold breakfast with fresh fruit at buffet. Enjoyed the stay, seeing the UF campus , museums, gardens and sights around town. "
