Looking for a getaway with a view but the comfort of home, the Hampton House offers both including a spacious boat ramp. This spacious house offers sunset views of the Mississippi River from the kitchen, living room and master suite. Feel right at home with amenities including a Keurig coffeemaker, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s, fresh linens and towels as well a washer & dryer on site. Just a short drive to Le Claire and home of the American Pickers! If you enjoy bicycling then this house is right for you as The Great River Trail bike path is right outside the front door. We also have two local parks within a half mile away with all kinds of hiking and activities to do. Brand new hot tub for your enjoyment as well!!

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway!
This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Listing is very accurate to pictures and description. However, the view is even better in person. So relaxing to have coffee and watch the water! The owner was very easy to communicate with. Everything you could want is close by. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing river spot
It was home away from home while visiting our family in the Quad Cities… with anything we might have needed! (From bug spray to kitchen spices) The hot tub was simple to use & maintain all week. The views & neighborhood were both very gorgeous! We really enjoyed Empire park, as well. We will stay here again, for sure!

Simply the best!
We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! The place is neat, and well taken care of. Spacious parking, and plenty of space inside and out. Overall experience at this place is 10 out of 10 stars! For sure we'll be back sooner than expected!

Perfect Location
View can't be beat. Extremely comfortable home throughout, very clean; spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen; outdoor grill works great. Lighted hot tub at night was fantastic. Great communication from owner, lives 15 minutes away, very responsive (although we had virtually no issues during our stay). Five stars plus!

Beautiful and relaxing
We had a lot going in our short stay. The owner was fantastic, helped us out tremendously, and worked tirelessly to make sure our stay could happen. Nothing of their doing. We were fighting high river water. They really went above and beyond to make our trip fantastic. We will be back again.

Relaxing Getaway
We had the most relaxing time at this property. Full battery recharge. You feel as though you’re laying right on the River when in the sun room. The outdoor area and fire pit are a wonderful addition. House has everything you may need, we travel ALOT and this is one of the best stocked properties. Board games, hot tub, walking paths and a disc golf course within walking distance. Be sure to take the Channel Cat around, it’s so fun!

Annual Sister’s Retreat
Four sisters had a WONDERFUL getaway for our annual retreat. This was definitely one of our favorite places we’ve EVER stayed and we’ll likely come back! The home was comfortable, clean and decorated so cute! We spent 90% of our time on the deck, watching the river, sunsets, barges and boats, including the Viking cruise ship! The kitchen was roomy enough for four women to maneuver in at the same time! Beds and sofa were very comfortable!
