Cozy Cottage Within Walking Distance to Beach

Stay in this comfy and cozy beach cottage with your family and be less than a 10 minute walk to the beach! The Beach Pad is nestled in a cute neighborhood down the road from North Beach. Enjoy making memories at the beach or take a 5 minute drive down to the Hampton strip where you can enjoy all sorts of activities from arcades and concerts to restaurants, ice cream, and fried dough. The Beach Pad is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a spacious open living area for cooking, dining, and hanging out. Out the back door you’ll find a spacious deck with plenty of seating and a patio dining table ideal for outdoor meals in the summer. Beyond the deck is a nice fenced in back yard and grill ready for that summer cookout. Other nearby attractions include Portsmouth (20min drive) and Newburyport (30min drive) where you will find plenty of great shopping, fine dining, and various other activities depending on the week. The Beach Pad is the ideal getaway for any family looking to enjoy life at the beach and all the other amenities that come with it! *Monthly rentals available from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Wonderful Cottage
This was a very comfortable lodging. Great location. We stayed home a couple of days and it was really a nice place to just hangout. Very positive experience. We hope to be back next fall.

Perfect!
An incredibly wonderful property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood was the perfect place for my family! Plenty of space and all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were in touch in case there were any issues (there weren’t)! Plenty of space for all of us and a great home base to return to after a day’s activities. Plus, even though it’s a tucked away home, it’s close to all she action. I suggest whale watching at Rye Harbor or a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. We all agreed that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

AMAZING vacation rental
Just ended a week long vacation at the cozy cottage and it was wonderful. So clean, fully stocked with household necessities, even better in person than in the pictures and the host was responsive. Looking forward to booking this cottage for another family vacation next year!

Enjoyed our week in this well kept, very clean home. Large deck for many. Large living space.Easy quick drive or walk to beach. All supplies for house were included ( linens, towels toiletries and extra kitchen supplies. Highly recommended

Perfect Little Gem
This house was the perfect place for 4! 2 Adults, 17 and 19 year old. There is plenty of room for everyone. Great living spaces! Kitchen is a nice size and well stocked. All the gadgets and small appliances you could need. Large dining table with enough room for company. Games and puzzles that we definitely utilized! Beach chairs, towels and cooler were an added bonus and much appreciated. The location of this sweet little home was perfect. A quiet neighborhood, close enough to walk or bike to the beach. A short drive to the strip with all kinds of activities, shopping and food! The weather happened to be beautiful for our weeks stay which was the cherry on top!
