Beautiful view and nice location.
Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times as it would not flush. I must say that we didn’t contact the owner about it. The balcony was awesome and we would have stayed out there most days but it had not been cleaned and there was quite a bit of bird droppings and feathers on the deck and furniture. I was a bit confused because we were charged a cleaning fee, but had to make sure all towels were washed and put away by check out time of 10 AM. No time for a shower before we left. There was a comment on the paperwork we were sent about a “security deposit “, but no mention of how much we paid or when we would get it back. We have been going to Hampton Beach for over 20 years and thought we would try something different but will stick to hotels going forward. It should have also been mentioned on the paperwork that you need to go to the condo to get the “clicker” to open the gate to park. I had to call several times to find that out.
