"Lot of steps to reach property and only way to unload is to carry luggage - for people with arthritic problems like me this is hard. Needs to be made clear in description. Also difficult to negotiate locking the front door behind oneself since the drop to the first step is quite steep. There is only a microwave for cooking purposes, no stovetop - this needs to be made very clear in description.
