I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. "Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. "

"The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent. "

"One of the worst hotels I ever been, the check in was very bad we waited 3:30 hours to get a room from 3pm to 6:30pm Then the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay they told us they were working on it, we didn’t have towels for three days the excuse was the laundry room was closed!!!
