"At first glance I was slightly concerned with it being small and the cars being parked right outside the hotel room door however, my check in was easy and the man (owner I think) was very pleasant and apologized for having me wait perhaps a little longer than normal but I wasn’t complaining because he was outside shoveling the freshly fallen snow from the walkways and mind you, this was at 11 pm. "Be careful not to miss it on the road - that said, once you turn in from 390, the place is unassuming but highly hospitable. The room we stayed in met all our needs - including a kitchen nook equipped with cooking needs and plates and silverware. We were in the midst of 90-degree days, but the air conditioning worked just fine. There were ample clean towels provided and the owner/proprietor was very eager to assure a smooth check in and that all our needs were met. We would definitely stay...

"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."
