Our exclusive vacation rental is accessed through the first level entrance foyer. This one bedroom unit has a comfortable and tastefully furnished living room.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent full bathroom.
Our apartment sized kitchen has a bar style counter for dining and the surrounding windows facing to the east let in the morning light.
We are located on quiet South 3rd, one block from Main Street. Our location is just steps away from downtown, yet it still offers easy access to mountain trails, winter sports, or perhaps a fishing adventure. Hamilton’s best restaurants, from casual to fine dining, are within a short walking distance. There is also a grocery store conveniently located one block away.
Off street parking for one vehicle is also provided.
We strive to make it as easy as possible to stay at our property, check-in is easy via our secure electronic lock.
The manager resides on the property and is available at most times to provide any needed assistance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR NOISE POLICY:
This apartment is located within a shared building, and rambunctious behavior including running, stomping, and hollering has the potential to disturb other guests staying on the property. Guests who choose to stay in this apartment are expected to be respectful of shared spaces. If there is any chance your group might not be able/willing to refrain from being boisterous, we recommend finding a vacation rental facility better suited to your needs.
SAFETY/HEALTH:
The Apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. A fire extinguisher is located below the kitchen sink and in the bedroom. This apartment is not child-proof. There are also potentially harmful household products located within reach of children. Please be reminded that there is no-smoking allowed in the apartment or on property grounds.
