The rooms are upbeat in color, immaculate, and so comfy! Our night manager, Jen, was polite, professional, and very gracious! The innkeeper was very friendly and committed to making our stay perfect in every way! We will be back!!
My husband dropped the gravy spoon. The manager let his feelings show. The towels were very scratchy.
Would stay again if needed. Just overnight though.
Was unable to check in. They don’t allow trailers on property and I had a small trailer behind my vehicle. The staff could not issue a refund so they sent a message to their management. I should hear from them next week to see if they will refund the room.
This hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet, friendly, and overall, exemplary. I wish all Quality Inns were all like this one. We were towing a long trailer which didn't fit into the lot but the hotel owns a adjacent dirt lot which can hold several over-sized vehicles so it was no problem.
This motel was very clean and comfortable, although the breakfast nook is quite small. The 2nd morning the breakfast supplies had run low, but the staff got right on it.
This was a lovely little stop. Not much in the area but it was quiet, extremely clean and the staff was crazy friendly. If you’re looking for a quick and quiet stop, this is the right place! We’d stay there again in a minute! We drive cross country all the time and for the price, it’s perfect!
DO NOT BOOK HERE even the towns people would not recommend this place. The name of the hotel has changed but not the owner. They tried to charge my card a extra 100 dollar's and told me they were not charging my card. I call credit card company while there and while I'm on phone I curse and the assistance manager tells me she's not giving me the room now and I need to leave. She refused to give me her name and calls the cops on me because I'm now trust passing. This is not the first time this owner has scammed people out of their money. If the locals don't recommend this place you know its not a good place to stay!
Happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The main receptionist, a female, was very unfriendly. We were not told of the complimentary breakfast and stayed 4 nights.
Horrible experience. You pre-pay yet they put a $200 hold on your credit card. Front desk has no empathy towards this situation. No emotion or offer to help in any way. Will never stay here ever again or any Quality Inn.

Waited for 45 minutes trying to get checked into a pre.
-booked room. was pretty frustrated because of that.
Worst experience ever!!! I paid for a Quality Inn room through Expedia. When I arrived at 9 PM, the receptionist told me I could not park my U-Haul trailer on the property and held up a sign stating no trucks or trailers. I said there were plenty of parking spaces. I explained that I had a handicap sticker and wanted to park there, but she said NO.
I asked to talk to the manager, and she said I could not. She said I could park off property behind a row of trees in a field. I responded that was unacceptable. I went outside and discovered a large parking lot on the backside of the motel. It was totally empty. I went back in and requested my room and onsite parking. The receptionist responded, NO.
I went and viewed the crowded parking area next door in a field. It was mainly concealed behind a row of trees. When I walked back to my vehicle, two police cars arrived. The receptionist had called the police to demand that I leave the property.
I explained to the police the situation and showed them the empty parking lot. With no results, they tried to persuade the motel to allow us to park on the property. Police said they had been called before to this motel when customers felt they had been cheated out of $. Avoid this hotel in Hamilton, AL.
