We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.

This is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from the upper unit This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking.

Given that it is a lower unit of a house it is naturally colder and the thermostat is centrally controlled. If you are a person who feels cold easily this home may not be right for you
