 Conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Toronto - an excellent base for exploring Southern Ontario.

My home is a 3-bedroom detached bungalow. Has vinyl flooring throughout and is carpet-free.

As you walk in through the front door, you enter the kitchen/living room area. The living room has two sofa couches (double-size) and a wifi TV.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area that seats eight.

A bright and spacious kitchen includes a stove, microwave/fan, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials i.e. dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, etc.

Off the kitchen and down a few steps, you have access to a side door that leads out to the private backyard that is fully fenced.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each room.
The master bedroom also has a wifi smart TV.

The main floor has a full bath (tub/shower, sink, and toilet).

The basement has a full bath (shower, sink and toilet) and washing machine and dryer.

Free wifi (fibre internet) is included with your stay and the home also has central air conditioning.

The driveway can park 2 cars and there is free parking on the street 24/7.
