Cozy waterfront cottage in a tranquil area

Welcome to the River House, our tranquil retreat located in the town of Port Dover(90 minutes south of Toronto).
-Whether you're seeking a peaceful family getaway or a romantic escape, The River House has it all.
-A short 5-10 minutes walk takes you to beautiful Lake Erie beach, restaurants, Lighthouse and gift shops or head down the river to enjoy nature.
-This newly renovated home is by the channel right next door to the Port Dover Yacht Club.

Please note: our TV has Netflix but no Cable!

The indoor fireplace warms the main sitting area and keeps you toasty, sit down with a cup of coffee enjoy the amazing view from the double door. lots of board games, reading materials to keep the whole family entertained.

Newly renovated kitchen with new appliances, granite counters, island, everything you need to make your favorite meal for the family.

Oak stairs lead to the bright 2nd level, with 2 large bedrooms(queen beds), a laundry room, a full bathroom with a soker tub, double door access to the two-tiered upper deck with glass wrap around railing. Take in amazing nautical views. Roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit with the view of the channel, entertain family & friends from both upper and lower decks.

Relax and enjoy!
My husband and I stayed here for three nights and loved our time there. The back deck is so peaceful and quiet and the rooftop patio also made for a peaceful evening. The house is very clean and has everything you could need.
