Updated 2 Bedroom Townhome is fully equipped with full kitchen, laundry room, and 1 1/2 bath rooms for your home away from home. Why stay at a confined and crowded hotel when you can enjoy the privacy and relaxing freedom of a fully furnished and equipped Townhome.

This unit is family and sports team friendly! 1 Car Garage and 2 spaces in driveway for off street parking. This unit sleeps 4 adults (queen bed and full pull out) and 2 kids in a bunk bed. There is also a fold out single mattress for a 3rd child. Townhome has a Queen Master bedroom, a kids Twin Bunk 2nd bedroom, a Full pull out couch in living room, and a single fold out sleeper bed. In the kids second bedroom, there is an Xbox, Foosball table, and an extra large LoveSac bean bag for lounging. Full kitchen for eating in or warming up leftovers. Wifi included.

Townhome is next to Spooky Nook and is less than 100 feet away from the complex.

We heavily cater to visiting Miami family, students, and friends. Hamilton is a 20 minute drive from Oxford and offers a lot of things to do for those visiting Miami University.

A must stay location for Spooky Nook
I looked at the write up a dozen times before booking because I couldn't imagine how it could possibly be that close. It's actually closer to the sports center than the warehouse hotel. It's literally a 2 minute walk from door to door. Now we use vrbo for everything as we always stay in vacation homes. This was absolutely the cleanest of any vacation home we have used. You know how when you stay at places you just don't look to close to corners of the bathroom and sometimes around the tub etc? Or you pick up a blanket and debate if it's as clean as it should be? Well here you won't feel that way actually you will debate if last priorities were as clean or if your own house is a mess. Worth every penny for a comfortable stay and the location is literally the best.Also don't know what happened but our 12 year old came to the living room got our a game and we played for hours as she had a late volleyball start. The board games were a great surprise!

Perfect location for games at Spooky Nook
My son and I went to an AAU basketball tournament at the Spooky Nook sports complex and rented this townhouse. It was newly renovated and had everything needed for an easy stay. There were plenty of nice towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, plus the hosts added some nice snacks in the kitchen. The location was about as close as you can get to the sports complex. It is basically across the street from the parking lot, and the side pedestrian gate was open, so it took us 2 minutes to walk to the front door of the facility. Great hosts, great location and the price was comparable to a singe Marriott room, and we got 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus a living room and kitchen. Smart TVs with streaming apps and some live TV channels were a nice bonus. We will try to stay here again anytime we have games at Spooky Nook.

Perfect place if you are playing at Spooky Nook, 2 min walk through the side gate and to the door. Cleanest VRBO we've ever had. Fresh fruit in the fridge was a great touch. Kids loved the Xbox. Master BR mattress was pretty firm, but they have a foldable mattress in the closet if it's too firm. I will use this place again if we are in town. Owners were prompt in communication.

We were in town for a club volleyball tournament. I just loved this space so much. It was super clean, so close to the volleyball facility, and we needed some help with a special circumstance and the property manager/owner completely accommodated us!! It was exactly what we needed! Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay. The townhouse was more than I expected. Everything that you could need wad there, including things I had forgotten to bring. The kids had a great time! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion is a TV in master!
