"My husband and I had an amazing weekend getaway here. We had a dog with us and the pet fee was an additional $25, very reasonable. We had a room on second floor. I'm not sure if they had an elevator, but I don't think so - something to note if you need an accessible room. Other reviews state that the rooms are outdated. They arent modern, but they aren't outdated either. I noticed some rooms had hardwood floor, and were being updated. The state of our room was perfectly fine. Clean and comfy. The breakfast didnt have a lot of option, but had the basics (sausage, eggs, toast, biscut gravy, juice, coffee, tea). The hot spring was the highlight of the trip. Its approx 104 degrees. I recommend this place for sure. Theres a dog park nearby, and plenty of walking trails. "

"The staff at the Quality Inn were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. They were friendly, competent, and all around just helpful. The manager was great he allowed an early check-in as we arrived approximately an hour early. Housekeeping were exceptional our room was spotless. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"First of all, you have to understand that this is an older hotel. It was perfect for our needs, though. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a setup for coffee and even some granola bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price. Would stay here again. "

"Jerry is super easy to work with. The house is perfectly comfortable for a place to stay as we headed out for the outdoors each day. The house has a cozy feel to it. We love the peace and quiet. We didnt even touch the remote to the TV. We will definitely book again for another Thermopolis trip."
