"We stayed only one night as planned. The property is in need of renovation, more than just paint. Our room had a musty smell and the carpets were worn out. The people working there were great. I hope they can rejuvenate this area."

Doesn't disappoint...
"We have stayed in this little cottage several times now. Convenient location for visiting downtown New Haven. Bed is comfortable - kitchen small but it has what you need. Nice walking neighborhood if you have dogs. We will be back."
