The hotel and reception was nice overall, But the hotel is not cost worth hotel. Such a huge park place for cars but still ypu charge the people stay at yr hotel a parking fee, which is very much interesting. beds were definetely not the comfort and the housekeeping never the refreshed the vanity set and the teas of the room. Pool area needs to be maintained. Overall it was fine but does not worth that much. Mind yr budget.

I like the facilities about the hotel like things to do golf spa and so on but i did not like how staff communicate to guest especially when u dont know how to speak German but u just wanna go Germany for holidays. I dont like the fact that u have to walk a long distance to find the pool . The bed was too hard and they give u two small cover which was really bad especially if u are travelling with ur partner.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Aircon wasn’t good but they gave us two fans. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Some parts of the hotel needs a refurb but that begins next week I believe. Overall a good hotel.
