A nice basic hotel in a good location in Hamburg, Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was reasonable for a continental. Not being able to cool the room down by any other means other than opening a window was a bit of a pain as it made it difficult to sleep at night due to road noise. Aircon doesn't work in the winter? Not means to cool the rooms down?

Great location for an overall stay on a budget trip. Lots of quick restaurants around and close to the Ubahn. Would stay again when coming back to Hamburg!

Very noisy outside there is a construction site next door. Window didn't offer much sound proofing.

Clean hotel with clean rooms. All staff were very professional. Hotel is well situated, away from busy streets and night district yet only 5 mins walk from reeperbahn centre and all the action.

Good location.
Hotel is situated a very short walk from St Pauli U Bahn station. So easy to get around and great connection for the airport. The harbour front is a 15 minute walk and the famous Reeperbahn is just around the corner. Despite its proximity to the sleazier part of Hamburg it was quiet and safe. A new Premier Inn is being built next door and work began at 0700 which caused some annoyance. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. There is a bar/lounge area at reception but it lacked atmosphere. In any case there were many others to choose from. Breakfast was good quality with friendly attentive staff. All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Hamburg.

Good hotel in the St Pauli area of Hamburg.
Visited as part of a stag do - very good location wise for the event. A group of 11 guys were accommodated without issue. Hotel staff very pleasant and answered all our questions. Organised the taxi for return journey to airport on our behalf. Breakfast is continental but good quality non the less. If I were to visit for a similar trip, I’d definitely consider this hotel. Comfortable rooms, good value.
