Nice place to stay in Hamburg
Good place, friendly service, the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. I only stayed for one night so don't have more things to say. A couple of improvements would be if there were more lights in the room. And people talking in corridors could be sometimes a bit loud.

2 might business trip to Hamburg
An efficient stay in an efficient hotel. Since I was on a business trip I did not spend much time in the hotel. Hotel was in a logistically good position with easy access. My only issues were with breakfast manager, who was rude. Corona regulations are strict, I get it, but not easy to understand a manager that does not speak english, and choses to be rude to guests.

Comfortable.
We are a family of four with a dog and our stay was good. This hotel was in a very busy part of town and about a 10 minute walk to public transportation. It made for a slightly noise background outside the window. The room and hotel was clean. Only wish was for outlets near the bed.

This hotel was a stop over from our trip to Denmark. Overal nice hotel with a staff that cares to give you the best possible service. The restaurant serves excellent cooked meals.

Warm hotel with very friendly staff
Although it was very cold outside, the room was nice and warm. Even the water in the pool was fine and going to the sauna was great. The room and bed were a bit small, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. I must say that all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay for family!
This was a great stay! Slight problem at checkin.... (our room was only set for 2 pp instead of the requested 4)... but it was quickly remedied and the front desk manager gave me a drink comp as an apology. The restaurant and bar were both excellent for service and food.... and my kids particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna area! There was even a small playroom with toys that was great for my youngest.

The lobby was nice and the restaurant also, it was an old hotel, the room was small and not so clean, the staff was very nice, we just stayed one night, so we were not able to see all the amenities
