Great location but it was hot (no A/C) and the drunk guys in the run down apartments across the street kept yelling all night so we had to keep the windows closed. Otherwise it was pretty nice.

Very convenient for the train station, but the area immediately around the hotel was a little bit rough. The room was clean and comfortable but quite basic (no air con or kettle). Walking distance of lots of nice bars and restaurants in the St George area.

Very noisy, no aircon but great location
Location of the hotel is excellent, however there was no aircon in the room. This would force you to keep one of the windows open, but this wouldn't let you sleep due to constant excessive noise.

Stayed in several hotels in Hamburg this year. The location is fine and personnel is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was way too small (room 405): you could not even open the door completely. The shower head did not function properly.

Nice hotel, but two problems 1. The name of the hotel is not shown on the outside of the property - as such, it was difficult to locate 2. The drain in the bathroom shower appeared to be slow at clearing leave a stale odour
