The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

Erstmal vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Das einchecken verlief ohne Probleme. Zu den Park-Möglichkeiten können wir nichts sagen, jedoch ist der Bahnhof nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt und an sich war alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben es vorallem gewählt, wegen der Nähe zum Harry Potter Theater. Verlasst euch da nicht aufs Navi. Das ganze ist nur über die Straße in die Nebenstraße rüber, an der Rezeption konnte man es uns gut erklären. Dies war unter 10min erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend. Traurigerweise sollte so ein Zimmer schon in der heutigen Zeit Standard sein. Diese sind sauber, heile und die Matratzen bequem. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und ansprechend, jedoch sollte man nicht nach 09.30h mehr hin, da man bei uns schon gegen 9.50h das Buffet am abräumen war und eigentlich es laut App bis 10.30h gehen sollte. Etwas das uns auch gestört hat, war der Renovierungslärm oder was es war, da gebohrt und gehämmert wurde ab ca. 8.30h. Mit ausschlafen war da nichts, wobei man ja auch zum Frühstück musste. Dies war durch den Lärm aber auch etwas unentspannt. Wir hätten uns beim Einchecken zumindest eine Informationen diesbezüglich gewünscht, damit man sich drauf einstellen kann. Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, jedoch ist von dort alles schnell und gut erreichbar, dafür können die nichts. Alles im allen, war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, vom Zimmer und Frühstück her, kein extremer Luxus, aber da bezahlt man halt die Zentrale Lage.

5 Min nach Buchung war keine Änderung mehr möglich, obwohl mir ein Fehler bei der Buchung unterlaufen ist. Das ist kein Kundenfreundliches Verhalten. Hotels.com??????? Und dann nur eine falsche Rechnung ausstellen ist der Gipfel. So etwas ist mir zuvor in keinem Hotel passiert! Auf Zimmerreinigung wird auch komplett verzichtet und das bei dem Preis. Zimmer mit Teppichboden nicht allergikerfreundlich. Kühlschrank und Kleiderschrank als Container - mag witzig aussehen aber das laute Geräusch fürs öffnen und schließen ist ganz sicher nicht mehr angenehm. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war groß und mit notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Hygieneartikel lagen nicht im Bad bereit, das mag aber an Gesetzen o.ä. liegen, die das verbieten. Es gab allerdings leider keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, was ich bei diesem Hotel auch schon erwartet hätte. Das Design des Zimmers ist sehr schön, mit "lokalen Akzenten" wie zB der Kühlschrank und Flurschrank im Container-Style. Der einzige technische Mangel war unsere Zimmertür, die im offenen Zustand nicht von selbst wieder zu fiel. Das Bett war bequem und die Lage nach hinten raus, also ruhig. Dummerweise wurde uns beim Check-in der Preis für eine Nacht in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl wir bereits über Hotels.com im Voraus bezahlt hatten. Das fiel erst etwas später auf, weil die Buchung schon eine Weile her war und ich mich später erst erinnerte. So etwas darf eigentlich auf keinen Fall passieren, denn auf Rückfrage wurde von der - dann anderen - Mitarbeiterin sofort die doppelt gezahlte Nacht zurückerstattet. Es schien also bekannt gewesen zu sein, dass wir bereits bezahlt hatten.
