Location of hotel is excellent, it’s connected to the train station. Breakfast is way overpriced. Lots of delicious options in train station. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

Hotel is conveniently located in the altona station. Clean. However, Check in experience was not good. The self check in machine gave us keys to somebody's room. So we had to go back n forth

All in all a good stay in Altona.
Nice and quite modern interior. Clean rooms and no carpets, which is good. Good location. On the downside the pillow was too flat and very little head support. The shower had uneven temperatures going up and down.

The bed was so firm. Uncomfortably so. I appreciated the Free water and great location. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. Did not try the food and vending machine was overpriced.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and gave me a quiet room upon request. Unfortunately the room (216) had a very strong smell of fabric freshener and the window was wide open upon entering the room. Not sure what the hotel was trying to cover up but the odour was pretty overwhelming. The breakfast was pricey but good

Es war sehr praktisch und bequem, das Auto im Parkhaus abzustellen und die schnelle Verbindung in die Innenstadt zu haben. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr klein, so dass ich das zweite mit benutzt habe. Ich werde sicher noch einmal dort übernachten, wenn ich eine Unterkunft benötige. Freundliche Grüße nach Hamburg
