The room felt like a refurbished hospital room or penitentiary. There were a few broken or impractical bits. Late checkout wasn’t possible because it was fully booked and luggage storage was 2 euros cash only. Not the ideal last impression

The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal am Empfang war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist top. Zu Fuß ist nahezu alles erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist wirklich stark limitiert und das Nachfüllen, auch von Besteck, lief etwas schleppend. Dennoch konnte man recht angenehm frühstücken.

Das Einzige was mich gestört hat war die Fensterverdunkelung. Die ließ sich nicht ganz schließen, so wurde es im Zimmer immer sehr hell wenn in der gegenüberliegenden Tiefgarage das Licht anging, was relativ häufig passierte.
