Very nice big room, but the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Nice and quiet, beautiful atmosphere and interior, and the breakfast is also worth coming back for! We went by U-Bahn to the city centre which is fast and easy, so perfect location if you come by car.

A very nice hotel. Beautiful building, nicely renovated. The room was great with a comfortable bed (and pillow). The staff was very service minded. Good, safe and free parking space. Close to the subway station to get to the city center.

Beautiful building inside and out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a comfort room and it was very big. The bed was super comfy and a fantastic delicious breakfast. So much choice and the scrambled eggs were delicious. The subway is a few mins walk and gets you everywhere easily. We found the subway easy to get around. From the airport you need the green line (S1) and change at central to the red (U2) to the hotel. Easy! You can buy a group pass for up to 5 people for 13 euros. Hamburg is a brilliant city

The BEST in CLASS in Hamburg!
If I could I would give the Hotel Volksschule a 100/10 star rating. The hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Each and every staff member from Dominik at the front desk to the staff at breakfast do their part to make your stay exceptional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. This was so comforting to me, as I was traveling from the US, and am not proficient in German, yet the staff helped me out with everything I needed from navigating the metro to ordering takeout on an app. The common areas of the hotel allow for nice socialization either in the bar area or outside at the tables. It did not matter the time of day of when I needed something, there was always a staff member to provide assistance in a welcoming and charming way. I wish I could take the staff home with me as they were THAT GOOD! I highly recommend the Hotel Volksschule without reservation. Also hats off to the decor team - every detail has a purpose -quite whimsy and pleasant. You get to test your math skills on the clocks! FUN!

ハンブルクの中心へは電車で10分程度とアクセスも良いです。夜はとても静かですが、目の前にスーパーあり便利です。日曜日はスーパーが休みなので、歩いて10分弱のキヨスクまで水を買いに出ました。 スタッフは皆さんとても優しく丁寧で、滞在中はとても気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝食も品数が多く、バンケットルームを含め、施設全体が清潔で綺麗です。

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet und geräumig. Der Mix aus Backsteinwänden und modernen grauen Wänden, war schön. Das Bad war sehr groß und modern. Beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Abwechselung schöner, obwohl man alles bekommt, was man benötigt. Aber an drei Tagen war es immer das selbe.

Gratis Parkplatz für Gäste finde ich sehr gut. Das Schul-Thema ist gut umgesetzt. Durch die Nähe zur Metro auch ideal für Streifzüge durch die Stadt. Ein zusätzliches Snack-Angebot in der Bar fände ich gut (Sandwich oder so).

In 5min Fußweg erreichte man eine Bahn-Anbindung. Das Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und hatte mit dem vielen Details einer alten Schule sehr viel Charme. Das Frühstück bot viel Auswahl, so dass jeder fündig werden konnte. Hier fanden wir die Brötchen etwas zu fest, ist aber auch Geschmacksache. Wir hatten rundum einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Netters personal. 24/7 Bar mit Bier und einfachen Cocktails. Zimmer waren immer sauber. Großes Frühstücksbuffet mit Bacon, Eiern und Würstchen. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr interessant. Durch die Verbindung mit der U3 ist man aber schnell in der Stadt.

Mooi ingericht hotel met leuke school details. Mooie, ruime en moderne kamer. Ruime ontbijtruimte met uitgebreid ontbijt. Personeel niet super vriendelijk. De omgeving is buitengewoon stil voor in een stad. Parkeren achter het hotel. Niet heel ruim en donker.
