"The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. Large well stocked kitchen with two large adjacent living areas, great location near the water with a classic wonderful pub a couple hundred feet away. "It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"This is the greenest hotel we have been to. We saw green stuffs everywhere, green walls, large green recycle bins, homely and low key low carbon count and Kind of English style furniture. Plenty of organic foods at the Cafe. Certainly not Ritz but comfortable and Neat and Easy here. A perfect haven for people tired of exuberance."
