"First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. "The staff and management were friendly and helpful. However the room was supposed to be a family room, which was too small for a family of 4, especially with two teenagers.
