"Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The views were beautiful, it was very clean and staff was so friendly they were very patient with us not knowing how to speak Japanese but they were so nice and communication was good ! On site restaurant was also very good although we noticed other options were very limited . Room was very nice also and we loved the pajamas and sippers that were on the bed. "Location and accessibility is so convenient! Right next to American Village and Sunset Beach. We loved everything about our stay. My kids especially enjoyed the pajamas for the whole family. The laundry facilities were great as well. We didn’t get to enjoy the onsen because of our tattoos, but I think it’s such a nice touch for anyone able to use it. "

"The Hotel is like about 2 blocks from the train station, riding a taxi cost 1700 yen I think. Lots of good restaurants are within walking distance. My stay was excellent, the staff was friendly, my room was clean and nice. This is a good choice in my opinion, if you are staying by the city center."
