Our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 guest toilet, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. A rooftop terrace and a garden with a terrace are also available.
Since 3 of the 4 beds are 140 x 200 cm we offer the house for 6 persons.
Wi-Fi and cable TV available.
The kitchens are fully equipped. A dishwasher is available. Fridge with freezer.
It is very conveniently located. The S-Bahn and the bus are only 10 minutes away on foot. The motorway exit Krupunder is about 1.2 kilometers away.
Parking on the property is not possible. In the street but there are parking facilities.

Haus mit gravierendem Mangel und guter Lage

Ein schönes Haus, das leider mit zu vielen Möbeln vollgestellt ist und im Erdgeschoss ein Bad ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit (Fenster nicht zu öffnen) und mit desolater Dusche.

Viel Platz - Verschiedene Abstriche

Großes Plus: Viel Platz!! WLAN im Vergleich zu anderen FeWo sehr stabil. Ausreichend Geschirr. Leider einige Kritikpunkte - aber das ist ja für alle sinnvoll. Reihenfolge ohne Wertung: - Haus war bei Ankunft am 21.10. abends ausgekühlt. Thermostaten alle auf "*". Offenbar war vorher keine Belegung. Es dauerte 24 Std. bis das Haus angenehm temperiert war. - Das Haus hat in einigen Räumen einen gewissen Mief, der wohl einfach dem Alter geschuldet ist. Man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Die Küche im OG hat leider einen deutlichen Raucher-Mief. - Sauberkeit? Natürlich war nichts verdreckt, Küche und Bad sauber. Allerdings war der Aussenbereich nicht einladend. Viele Laubblätter, teils nass. Vermutlich war die Reinigung schon eine Weile her. Spinnweben an den Beinen des Wohnzimmersessels. - Eine Google-Rezensentin schreibt: "überhaupt nicht komfortabel". Das stimmt schon irgendwie. Etliche Dinge sind nicht so gut durchdacht. Z.B. gibt es im Bad unten keine Handtuchhalter. Der einzige Handtuchhalter ist durch Waschmaschine/Trockner verstellt. - Die Kückenausstattung: z.B. gab es kein kleines scharfes Messer (Gemüsemesser). Wir haben eines gekauft und zurück gelassen. - Wir waren 6 Personen, mit Besuch einmal 8. Es gibt nicht genügend Stühle. Der runde Esstisch ist mit einer geraden Sitzbank kombiniert. Das ist einfach hinderlich. - Die Dusche im EG ist eine wohl schon ältere klapprige Komplettdusche/Einbaudusche. Sie funktioniert, aber sie ist eben nicht besonders komfortabel. Noch zu erwähnen: S3 in nur 8 Min zu erreichen. Bietet eigentlich rasche Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Aber: Wegen Baumassnahmen sind Ausfälle wohl noch bis weit in 2023 zu erwarten. Wir hatten am Wochenende keine Anbindung, mussten auf andere ÖPV ausweichen und waren dann über 60 Min unterwegs. Fazit: Wir hatten schöne Tage und würden wiederkommen in der Hoffnung, dass vielleicht Einiges verbessert ist.

Lovely house in Germany

Pros: This is a quiet neighborhood, it has a lovely fenced and locked private garden, plenty of room for a group, well stocked kitchen, easy check in and out. The views out the windows into the garden is especially nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Cons: No parking (but it is Germany where parking is always in short supply). We could easily park up the street. The wooden floors creak (like every older frame home). We felt badly for our downstairs neighbors (the owners) when we walked on the floors at night. Overall: a really lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed staying here.
