"For what we paid, this was a very good place. One lives in a private home, there are a few bedrooms, all sharing a spotless bathroom and kitchen. The owner lives somewhere in the back and he is an agreeable fellow; told me many interesting things about Iceland and all in all a good person"

"This was a quaint cabin that we stayed in and the owner was very good with communication. This is an extremely beautiful area and allowed us to visit a beautiful town next to the area. There are several waterfalls and hiking opportunities and I believe we could’ve used a kayak if we asked, but we did not have time to do this. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking simple meals. "
