Zimmer über Hotels.com gebucht und im voraus bezahlt; Anreise am folgenden Tag; das gebuchte Zimmer war bereits vergeben und die Pension hat sich nicht um Aufklärung des Sachverhaltes bemüht; bis jetzt kein Geld zurück erhalten
