"The owner adjusted his schedule to accommodate our checkin. He was pleasant and informative. Because the hotel was not full he upgraded our room at no increased charge. Things like the conference room and the in room sauna were welcome. One of the best things for us was that Peter, the owner. let us use his garage to wax skis. While the location was scenic, it was also more difficult to get into town or to the ski trails and required taxi and bus transport."

" Very friend and helpsome staff. Cosely atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. We stayed one night. 2 adults and 5 teens. We had a really nice stay. In the evening we had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Later we went to the outdoor sauna. The breakfast was delicious. "

"Hej. För oss funkade det bra med allergi restriktionerna gällande mat/hygien produkter. Måste bara vara noga bör man handlar, rejäla kök att laga mat i, många dusch/bad/wc( inga på rummen)finns så det är inga problem. Väldigt trevlig personal, men tänk på att du som gäst sköter det mesta själv, plocka i/ur diskmaskinen, sopor m.m. Bil är att föredra då det är en bit in till Åre, men finns busshållplats precis nere vid vägen, skiduthyrning bara några 100 m bort. Gott om parkeringsplatser,...

"This is it. The rustic inn is only accessible by a handsome Swede driving a snowmobile, who comes to pick you up at the car park, carting your luggage padded by reindeer pelts. (You can also easily walk to the cars, which is only about 1/4 mile downhill from the Inn.) You can hop on your skiis and glide down to the nearest ski lift, popping back in for a fantastic lunch. "A charming, family-run hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Cross-country ski in and out, free parking on property, great facilities. We had a lovely one night stay here with a delicious locally-sourced dinner. Breakfast has good options and nothing is too much trouble. Recommended."

"Hotel TOTT i a classic place to stay in Åre. It'c conveniently located upp hill from the small city. You can take the lift directly from the hotel to ski, or walk down to the center in 5 minutes. It's a bit steep to walk back up again, but hey, it's the mountains. Tott is great for families with kids. The pool, gym and spa is spacey and nice. The food is good (make reservations ahead if you want to have dinner there in the nights) and the breakfast is great. 7/10 would recommend."

"Das Lakeside Loghouse liegt auf dem riesigen und wunderschönen Grundstück von Stefans Familie in einer ländlichen Gegend direkt am Ufer des malerischen Sees "Alsensjön". Stefan hat sich vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut um all unsere Belange gekümmert - beispielsweise, als einmal wegen Straßenbauarbeiten der Strom ausfiel und er uns eimerweise Wasser vom See brachte oder als uns die Milch ausgegangen war und er uns welche schenkte. Das Loghouse wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren von ihm...
