"The property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). Overall, won't recommend the hotel for the office and inconvenience "

"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...

Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. "I enjoyed my stay at the Krishna Prakash Haveli very much. The staff worked hard to make sure the place was clean and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the area was walkable to the clock tower, markets and Fort, if you don't mind a little uphill. I actually walked halfway to the Fort every morning to see the sunrise. The views of the Fort from the haveli are beautiful, especially at night, and my room, 134, even had a small balcony to sit on with a view of the Fort. Highly...

"Beautiful heritage hotel in a central location, with lovely lounge area and amazing rooftop terrace with view of fort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Negatives are it was quite noisy as centrally located, and food was ok but not amazing. Would stay again! "

#Mandore Garden Abandoned since 1459 CE, the ancient town of Mandore is just five-and-a-half miles north of the tourist haven of #Jodhpur, Rajasthan. One of best-preserved sites here is the Mandore Gardens that stand strong to tell the tale of a bygone era. Over the centuries, Mandore served as the capital of many #Jodhpur kings, and even witnessed several invasions from different dynasties, including the Muslim rulers of #Gujarat and #Malwa. So, in order to protect #Mandore further from invasions, the capital was shifted to the hilltop #Mehrangarh Fort, as it offers better safety and protection to the royal kingdom.

Tips: Beware of Indian monkeys here, they can snatch cameras, phone, water bottle or anything you get your hands on.

"this is a palace with part of the property inhabited by a royal family memeber. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and the lobby and common areas are amazing/sumptious. The food was great; the gym very good and the only drawback was the freezing pool! But it was january! Great hotel"
