Set down a quiet country lane you'll find Crabtree Barn. The views from the barn are stunning and far-reaching of green valleys and hills. However although the location is in the country a mile away over the hill is the M62 - out of sight and sound - but less than 10 minutes meaning you can access Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and York with ease. The Peak District is also less than an hours drive.

Crabtree Barn is a stone built Victorian barn built in 1855 that has been sympathetically converted to a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom property.

As well as the light-filled top floor living area and the 2 ground floor bedrooms, you'll also have exclusive access to a garden room with outside entrance and directly leading to your private garden. The garden room has a full sized table tennis table as well as handy laundry facilities.

The private garden has glorious views across the valley, in the summer months you can sit on the terrace area with outdoor seating and table. Or watch the sunrise from the summerhouse drinking your morning coffee and listening to the birdsong.

The barn is suited to both couples and families as the bedroom layout in bedroom 1 can be either a superking bed or twin beds - please just let us know which you'd prefer on booking. For privacy both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
