I am disgusted to say the least, the staff was horriblely rude. I will never ever be spending a cent at that hotel again, you should be so ashamed of yourselves.

Good bits: Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly; furniture had obviously been upgraded recently; comfy bed, good quality sheets and towels; good continental breakfast options. Not so good bits: Smelly carpets and visible water damage on walls; no housekeeping at all for a full week; wifi was slow and often didn't work at all. Not a good place for business travellers.

Good stay, clean, comfortable bed, lots of towels, friendly accommodating staff that allowed us to check in 1 hour early .. appreciate that! Not as quiet out side during the late late hours but it was Sat so forgiven 👍

Room was clean, but we got smoking instead of non-smoking room. Not good for ppl with asthma! Also it was first floor, doors outside and noisy. But rooms were clean! Should be less then $200/night. More like $120/night quality.

Room was clean, but a little pricey from the area and the room.. not much of a breakfast at 8am. They had a couple pieces of fruit that looked a bit old a few yogurts, one pancake some bagels a couple of muffins n danish and a few pieces of bread. Coffee n Tea n hot chocolate. They didn’t seem to interested in replenishing it.. So we just grab a coffee and left. I would have preferred them have no breakfast and a lower price for the room..

The property was great, our room did have a cracked window and a small hole in the ceiling, it wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t luxury, but the staff makes up for it by their continuing kindness!
