"Great for a short stay in Ella - located very centrally although up a hill so difficult for a car to get up - they have an on-site tuk tuk to help with luggage up the hill. Lovely, modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Staff very accommodating."

"Very dirty. Terribly dirty. Very old. Pictures on Expedia don't match reality. Bugs everywhere. Toilet fixtures old and damaged. We couldn't even shower. Wifi terrible. I am trying to file a claim on this property for misleading and showing wrong information while booking."
