Rocky Point Studio

This beautiful, newly remodeled studio is just steps from the paddle out spot at Rocky Point. Sleeps two comfortably but can accommodate two more on the queen size futon. You will not find a more convenient, clean or comfy accommodation in this zone. The unit comes fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, hot plate, counter top oven and micro. All linens are provided as well as soap and shampoo just like staying at the Hilton but with out the price tag.

Rocky Point is an exceptional place to watch winter surfing on the north shore. The Studio was perfect, having just enough of the right things to make the stay perfect. Location, location!

Great location on the North Shore! Just a short walk to Pupukeha beach, a short drive from Sharks cove, 3 Tables (both amazing snorkeling), Wiamea bay. The studio is spacious and clean. Just a couple miles from FoodLand grocery store and a great Shave Ice food truck

Rocky Point Stay
Great property and amazing host. My wife and I stayed for a week and had nothing but great hospitality. The beach is very close and the walk is very short to the ocean. Everything was very clean and the AC worked great. Very laid back area, you can’t beat staying on the North Shore! Thanks Nick and Wayne! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent rental space!!! The property manager was very helpful and helped us have an amazing time in Hawaii. He is a very good communicator and even gave suggestions for fun things to do nearby. I would definitely book here again, and probably will because it was just that great.

Such a great location for checking out the North Shore, easy walking to Pipe, Sunset, coffee and smoothie bowls, and so close to the beach at Rocky Point. Absolutely loved this location. Nick was such a great host, easy to communicate with, and had great advice and input for local activities. Would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this updated studio with plenty of space and access to awesome beaches. Sunset beach steps away is beautiful. Foodland store for groceries very close with excellent coffee shop.

Nice setup! Has everything you need and think of from a toaster oven to a rice cooker! Beach was two minutes away with gorgeous views. Centrally located to all your North Sore needs.

We had a lovely stay at this studio. The location was great with a short walk to an incredible beach. The owner was very friendly and shared some great advice on how to enjoy the area and even had some beach gear for us to utilize.

Rocky Point Getaway
Mama and I were so pleased with our stay. Nick, the property manager, was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs, which were minimal at best. The space is open, spacious, and fully equipped, eliminating any need to eat out. We will definitely stay again, looking forward to coming back in May, after the hustle and bustle of the North Shore winter has subsided.

Sunset Central
This was a great property for the two of us. Cozy, comfortable, easy to find and just a few hundred feet from what felt like a very private-ish beach. Local flavor with great access to the highway that will take you anywhere you’d like to go. If we have any tips for future residents, go to the beach for sunset every night. Do not skip a single night. That will definitely be our memory. Thank you.

Great North Shore location
Great location on the north shore close to Waimea Bay and Haleiwa. Numerous dining options from food trucks to fine restaurants in both directions. Should be noted that this is a 2nd floor studio above the garage so there are stairs for access. The only down side was more attention to detail could be paid to the cleaning. The host was great and super attentive. Would stay again.

Awesome location - Awesome host - AWESOME experience! Highly recommend renting this flat - we will be back! Nick is a great resource for all that is in the area (from hikes to dining) and super easy to communicate with - really nice guy! Totally enjoyed our time on the North Shore, couldn't ask for a better experience all around!

Perfect North Shore spot!
This experience couldn’t have been better. This suite was the perfect size, clean, welcoming. The owner kept in touch to ensure our experience was superb. The breezy room above the garage gave a great view and comfortable environment. I can’t say enough good things about this North Shore property.

Perfect location!
My husband and teenage daughter and I stayed at this property. We visited the North Shore for big waves and whale watching so this apartment is in the best location for both! It is a 1/2 mile walk to Pipeline which is where surf competitions take place, Rocky Point beach and Sunset beach are just outside the door. Haleiwa town is a very short drive for shopping and whale watching tours. The Sunrise Shack is right across the street. Great place to stay if you want a less touristy feeling location. Wayne and Nick were nice and accommodating.
