It is not a private accommodation, which I suspected due to the price, but it wasn't clear from the listing, so you may be sharing the bathroom and open area. The host is pleasant and the place is generally clean, except the microwave and toaster oven. There is a "kitchenette" listed, but don't count on cooking anything. "The house was plenty roomy and we all enjoyed our own room and bathroom! The listing said only 2 bathrooms but actually there were 3.5! I'd recommend having more towels in the bathrooms. There were no hand towels or washclothes and only 2 bath towels per bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It is definitely a new development bc the driveway was being poured while we were there which was frustrating because everyone had to park on the street in the neighborhood and we had...
