"Llegamos cerca de las 8pm pudimos hacer el check in rápido. El hotel cuenta con restaurante asique cenamos ahí. La comida muy rica y abundante, probamos el vino blanco de la casa me pareció excelente. Era jueves a la noche y había músicos en vivo tocando música alemana. Muy divertido.!! "I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room.
