"Very accommodating and supportive. Clear communication on charges and when I will pay through the hotel vs the transportation company. Very quiet construction. We were in a room/studio that allowed us to close off the bed area so that one person was in the bother/living area with the curtains opened ..."

"The wooden cabin is so cute and perfect for our family of four. My kids love bunk beds and my husband and I have our own room so that was perfect. It is a 10 min walk to the Happy zone ski area which was so-able."

Nice sky area with several options to choose from; nice people, great snow and beautiful mountains. Price of sky rentals high as per US reference but worth it.

A bit long on the bus ride from Narita Airport.

Everyone was so polite and nice. The food and culture were amazingly good. Skiing was pretty good, some fresh snow and some days with clear blue skies and fantastic views. Lifts were fast with no lines, great range of runs.
