"Fantastic stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and food at the restaurant very good. A little bit in an expensive side but well presented and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. There is lots to do for kids and adults and the view from our room was fabulous. We will definitely stay again."

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. "My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. "We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. "Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!"
