"Walking into the Palais Faraz is an impressive experience—the public areas are beautiful and exude a sense of grandeur. However, the experience in the room was less than stellar. The decor felt dated, though the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom design was not ideal for privacy. "Hotel room was a twin room and was absolutely fine. Clean beds, floor, great location with train station and taxi stand. Pool area very relaxing. Plenty of food options for cheap nearby. Check in was simple. Decent price. Would be using it again in future for any trips to Fes. Only small issue would be nice to have few more sockets for electronics but not a big deal at all."

"From our arrival to departure, the staff at Riad Braya provided outstanding service. We were able to check in early and welcomed with rose scented hand towels, mint tea and an assortment of delicious biscuits. "Le gérant Camel .les employés Ahmed et Mohamed sont aux petits oignons,le riad la chambre était magnifique propre et avait de l eau chaude,les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et très bon ,la piscine je pense qu'elle Va être sélectionnée pour les jeux olympiques 😀 au top , les services géniaux bref vous pouvez tout demander c'est le paradis sur terre et j oublie les délicieux tajines de l établissement On reviendra PS: Camel oubli pas nos cartes postales Bisous Jérôme et Florence "

Basic but fine for a couple of nights.

"This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided. "

"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."

"They charged me more than I had already paid through the app. The staff were rude. There is no parking space available as advertised on their website. Moreover, considering the room is small and overcrowded, there is nothing that justify the experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone." "

The worst stay in my life

"The worst stay in my life, and I contact hotels but no help, they dont understand my conplain. Sewage smell Very dirty You need to wait up to one hours to get inside. Twice the neighbours calls the owner. You are in middel of the old city. DONT. After this experience I dont trust hotels.com"
