Great place! Great stay!
Property was just as described! Clean, modern, and comfortable! LOVED having a bathroom connected to each bedroom and having a master bedroom/bathroom suite downstairs. Was perfect for my elderly mother who can't handle stairs. Pool looked awesome though it was too cold to swim during our visit. Was pet friendly too! Overall, a great value and experience!

The house was amazing. Great floor plan and location to Feltrim Sports complex. Neighborhood is quiet and not overwhelming. Walmart, restaurants and other local stores within a mile. Would stay in this house again ❤️

Good Vacation Family House
House was convenient to Legoland. Nice community pool with a bar/grill. The community mini water park was closed so disappointing for the kids. The sofas NEED immediate replacing. They are worn and not comfortable. Bedding, bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Great place and location!
Really loved this home and the resort it's located in. The pool with lake views was stunning. Beds were comfortable and every room had its own bathroom, complete with all you need. The only suggestion ai might make is to provide more blankets. My mom is nearly 80, and one per bed wasn't sufficient. The cleaning lady also showed up 20 minutes prior to check out, which made our departure hurried. Other than that, we'd return in a heartbeat. It's a beautiful home and very well appointed.

The couch was old and the arm was missing the material. The coffee table in the family room has screws pushing up through the surface. Other than those two things, everything was nice.

Family trip to orlando
It was nice to have our own private pool. Liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Beds were a little firm for our liking but after long days out, we were so tired, we still slept fine. Easy access to get in, would stay here again if we are in the area. Our biggest concern had nothing to do with the house, there is an event center at the front of the community. The last night we were there, there was an event. It got very chaotic, the police did a wonderful job with crowd control but it was hard to get into the neighborhood and the crowd was a bit rowdy. I would say the area is safe, but that last night (only the last night) was not family friendly outside the house after 7.

Fell short for many reasons
As soon as we entered the home you can tell there was a musty smell. We were provided with only 1 garbage bag. The worst part for me was the fact that not all the beds had mattress covers/pads on them, one mattress was pretty badly stained and still didn’t have a mattress pad on it which is just disgusting to sleep on. My friend grabbed one of the comforters from the closet (each bed only had sheets on them and then you can get a blanket from the closet) it was completely covered in dog hair which obv. was never washed. My friend had no idea until the next morning when waking up itchy all night. The pool was cold and had weeds all over and it was dirty. We didn’t even stay the last night because we felt uncomfortable. I didn’t realize that most or all of this neighborhood are rentals and managed by a group. The positives: close to Publix and 20min drive to legoland/peppa.

Beautiful Home—Needs Owner Attention
We gave this 5 stars because the house is gorgeous, has a pool and overlooks a lake with fountains. The back yard setting is bucolic. The owner uses a mgmt company, Evolve, who provides very minimal utensils and supplies. The 4 c coffee maker had no filters, which took another trip to Walmart. It took 15 min to brew and sputtered water out the back. There were no cushions on the patio furniture around the pool. They left 2 dishwasher pods and 3 garbage bags, no laundry detergent. The heat didn’t work during the two coldest days in Jan. The heating element that supplements the heat pump didn’t work and the heat pump needs servicing as it was 67 in the house and it would not get above 69. Further when we got laundry detergent the dryer is upstairs right next to the thermostat so it raised the temp to 77 while it was freezing downstairs. Suggest that the owner get involved to instruct the management company to provide sufficient and working supplies, HVAC and appliances for this beautiful home. (We have several rental properties, one on the ocean in Cocoa Beach and have 42 years experience with this) The pool has a fountain for white noise and is heated to 84. Unfortunately there is a security camera out back so we didn’t feel comfortable going into the pool where we could be watched. It took until the next day for a response from the cleaning staff about the coffee filters. By then we’d already gotten them. The bedrooms all had en suite baths (we just used one). Two kings, a queen and one bedroom with two twins. Perfect for a family. Huge kitchen, dining and family room area with a king suite on the main floor.

First Rental Experience
We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, there could be improvements. The property wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I found hair in one shower and a bug in another. The sheets were thin and the bedding was uncomfortably hard. The furniture was run down, and the ace unit was leaking through the vent above the kitchen floor, creating a puddle of water. I contacted the property management to fix the issue, but they didn't answer. So I left a voicemail and they responded promptly with a text to let me know someone was coming to fix it. Overall, If this property becomes updated and cleaned properly(like detailed cleaning ). Also, sprayed for bugs and small animals. It could be an even nicer place to stay.

A/C not working properly
I was very unhappy with with my stay my house. Air condition wasn’t working properly. The temperature was 80° upstairs. We could not adjust the thermostat to cool the room down we tried to adjust it the screen go blank. I called Evolve they recommend me to call the Host I called the Host left several messages got no response I want to be reimbursed some of my money for inconvenience wasn’t happy too hot.
